Circle of Security Parenting (COS-P) is a program designed to help parents understand and improve their ability to nurture secure attachment with their children. It's based on attachment theory, which explains how early relationships with caregivers can impact a child's emotional and social development.
COS-P aims to enhance parents' capacity for caregiving and help them understand and respond to their children's needs more effectively.
COS-P is particularly helpful for parents of young children (0-5), foster parents, early learning providers, and parents with worries and concerns about their own or their children's emotional wellbeing.
