Kate is a Clinical Psychologist and board approved clinical supervisor. Kate has over 10 years of clinical experience predominantly in private practice as well as in the educational system as a School Psychologist. Kate enjoys working with parents, children, and adolescents, with interventions primarily based in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Kate borrows from other models such as ACT and DBT, she is a trained facilitator in the Incredible Years Parenting Program, and integrates play-based therapy into her sessions. Kate brings a high level of energy and curiosity, engaging and motivating those around her.
As a mum to two young children herself, Kate is currently enjoying putting the evidence-based parenting strategies into practice. Honestly, really enjoying it!
Psychologist, Clinical Registrar

Nat is a Psychologist and Clinical Registrar who has experience in a range of settings including public health inpatient and outpatient services for those with complex mental health and trauma related conditions and challenges with substance use as well as private services working with people experiencing PTSD, anxiety, depression, personality disorders and difficulties adjusting in everyday life. She works primarily with adults to help people understand themselves and grow through life's adversities using CBT, ACT, DBT informed and motivational interviewing approaches. Her particular area of interest is helping those who have experienced trauma to regain quality of life and she is currently undertaking a PhD looking at how to improve outcomes for military veterans after service-related trauma. Nat is also trained in Gottman Couples Therapy. She has a warm, caring and authentic style and enjoys working collaboratively with her clients and those who support them.
Nat comes from a Defence and corporate background and understands the unique challenges these lifestyles can present for individuals and their families. She is a mum to three grown boys and one step-daughter and absolutely loves embracing the changes that every stage in life brings.

Nada is a Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor with 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families in private practice. Her interests are working with clients who experience Generalised Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Separation Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Depression, Autism and ADHD. Nada uses various interventions including CBT, ACT and DBT.
Nada enjoys working collaboratively with her clients and their families to support them through their journey in life.

Anne brings a warm, person-centered approach to her practice. She is committed to providing trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and neurodiversity-affirming care to people of all ages who are navigating a range of life challenges. Anne integrates evidence-based modalities, including EMDR, to support clients in their healing and personal growth. Her therapeutic work is enriched by a diverse professional background spanning government, international development, and community engagement. This breadth of experience informs her holistic perspective and deepens her empathy for individuals from varied walks of life. Clients appreciate Anne's calm and compassionate presence, as well as her collaborative and flexible style. She is dedicated to creating a safe and respectful space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported on their journey toward well-being.
In addition to psychological therapy, Anne offers NeurOptimal® neurofeedback brain training, supporting clients in enhancing cognitive function, emotional resilience, and overall mental well-being.
Accredited Mental Health Social Worker
Liz as an accredited mental health social worker who is passionate about offering caring therapy. She offers counselling for adults, children and young people who are struggling with difficult life experiences including traumas such as sexual abuse, domestic violence and child abuse, as well as life transitions and other difficulties with mental health and well-being.
Liz's training and passions lie in healing trauma, supporting mental health and strengthening family relationships.
Liz is a facilitator for the Circle of Security Program (COSP).
