A standard consultation with our psychologists or social worker is 50 minutes. 

The cost to see a Clinical Psychologist is $275. There is a Medicare rebate of $145.25 available for eligible clients. 

The cost to see a General Psychologist is $230. There is a Medicare rebate of $98.95 available for eligible clients. 

Note: The APS recommended fee for a psychologist in 2025-26 is $318 for a 45-60 min consultation. The AAPi recommended fee for a psychologist in 2025-26 is $330 for a 40-60 min consultation. 

The cost to see a Mental Health Social Worker is $210. There is a Medicare rebate of $87.25 available for eligible clients.

Couples Therapy is run as a 75 minute consultation with a cost of $340 and no Medicare rebates are available for these consultations.

You will need a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) from your GP if you wish to claim back a Medicare rebate on your psychology sessions and appointments with a mental health social worker. Please provide a copy of your MHTP prior to your first appointment. You can also book sessions privately without a referral or MHTP. Some private health funds do cover psychology sessions, but this will depend on your individual cover.

NDIS self-managed and plan-managed participants can use their funding at Strive Hive for some services. In the case our fees are higher than the NDIS Price Limits, the gap-fee will be charged to you directly.
